Not satisfied with your order?
No problem, we are happy to help.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
After requesting a return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Conditions
The product may only be used to inspect and evaluate it, as you would in a physical store
The product must be returned in good condition and, if possible, in its original packaging
If the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, a reduction in value may be applied
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping
Our products are shipped through international suppliers. Therefore, your order may be delivered directly from an overseas warehouse.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Customs & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or proof that it has been shipped back.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may use our return policy after receiving the product.
