Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through our webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Orders & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–21 business days.
As we work with both national and international suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.
International Shipping
We work with suppliers both within and outside Europe.
As a result, products may be shipped directly from international warehouses.
For shipments outside the UK, customs duties or import charges may apply in certain cases. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Responsibility
Prevava ensures that all orders are processed and shipped correctly.
In case of delays, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.
After notifying us of the return request, customers have another 14 days to send the item back.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return costs will be covered by us.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
We may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Warranty
Customers are entitled to statutory consumer rights applicable under relevant consumer protection laws.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any legal consumer rights.
