What is the delivery time?

The average delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Why does delivery take a little longer?

We work with international suppliers to offer unique products at competitive prices. Therefore, delivery may sometimes take slightly longer than you may be used to.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders include Track & Trace.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow your package.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

No worries. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer than expected.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

However, after receiving your order, you may return it within 14 days.

How do returns work?

You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Who pays the return costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return costs in full.
